Game Last night

matrix4bWell my game last night took a turn for the worst or good.
All that planning went for naught. Only one player showed up on time. Scott dropped like I thought, the one player that did show up on time let me know that he couldn't find the other two. Major flakesters. So I hung out a bit and jake showed up. Hmm, two players. Well, I decided that the 2 flakesters would not be consistant enough to actually play well or integrate into the game. So, I invited Mikey and Ross (new person to me). And had Andrew make a new character. So 1 staying character, the fighter and 3 new characters. All in the new venue of running an airship and traveling about Atlantia (my game world). This is the behest of a Powerful Mage Guild. The Coulcil of this guild is pulling the strings and will ask for several missions to be done. All in all it looks like more of a mission based champaign that would be suited for more flaky players. Though I don't think so. Just got the characters all to gether.
So, switching to more of an every week rather than every other week, good but more pressure on me, might just force me to work harder. Pressure is not good but can be motivating. And Switched the day to tuesdays.
The first mission: Find the Glass Castle. A mythical place in the great deasert. It is a building that is made out of glass like material that is impurvious to the storms of the great deasert. Everyone assumes that it is just a myth. They need to hunt it down for the Council. Not sure what the rest of it is. One of the PCs is from the Great Deasert. Next Stop, Oasis City. The only Major port in the great deasert. That is where I left it. Got to work on the plot a bit. Next coulpe of gameing sessions sould be rumor hunting and deasert dangers. But I should get a plan going. Hmmm. Don't know yet.
