Nothing wrong with the statue.
Not too sure about the person taking the picture or the person who encouraged the kid to pose there (if different).

Yes, I know, I have a dirty mind. And the child looks very young. I realy was refering to the youngness of the kid and the whole combonation of it. It would be a rather interesting pic if the kid was much older or rather an adult.
