Hmm, Curry. Not really a fan of the spice but I'll think on it. For the Raspberry, remember that for some reason yeastie beasties love it. So far with my one batch experience, It fermented dry Quite quickly and you will have a lot of pulp. But tasty. This one will be good dry and sparkling as well.
