Yeah, liquor laws are dumb and primarily meant to protect rich vineyard owners and other big business. So rather than selling it, Consultant is a great substitute.
As far as brewing is conserned, you could always start the brew and then give it to me to watch and bottle. For a small consuption fee. Just kidding.
