A funny thing happend after the racking of this one. It seperated out a bit. I stirred it and it seemed fine but a few hours latter it seperated again. I assume it is the orange pulp that is seperating out. Not a problem. But I was worried. Turns out that the seperation is normal. Just stir for a few days should be just fine. That is the advice from some online gurus of mead making over at Gotmead.com. To me it just looks weird. But hang on to it and I will prevail. I am hoping for a very nummy mead. Should be properly aged mid 2011 maybe earlier. But hey I just started it.

That is all.
